Owen Lipsett is a law student at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Trinity College, Dublin, where he was President of the Trinity Literary Society for three years and edited the writing anthology The Attic: Five Years of the Trinity Literary Society (Wholly Trinity Press, 2001).

He is a frequent contributor to Travel-2-Croatia.com and to IgoUgo.com, the internet's largest travel community, which named him its Member of the Year in 2005.
